Contracted Gold Star to complete an inspection on a property we were considering buying. Dave was very responsive, accommodating and able to complete the inspection outside his normal working hours to meet our requirements. He was very thorough with his inspection and extremely knowledgeable. He provided very valuable insight into both the short term and long term potential issues/ concerns and offered possible solutions. All done in a vary professional manner. We would not hesitate to book him again

I hired Dave on two separate occasions in the latter part of 2020. On the first occasion the information he brought to my attention was of utmost importance as it assisted me in making the appropriate decision to back away from the purchase. On the second occasion his inspection informed me that this was the home for me. He was professional, courteous and very thorough. I would definitely recommend his service.

Very pleasant and professional. Accommodated my busy schedule.Did a thorough job, including finding things a previous inspector (and we) had missed in our heritage home (where there is always a mystery or two to be found). Brought a very balanced view to the process, pointing out the strengths and assets of our home and separating real issues (like my having missed how old the smoke alarms are!) from less serious ones related to marketability. Super helpful for helping me set priorities. Definitely gets a gold star!”
